Exchange Policy

If for any reasons you're not happy with anything you bought from us, including personalized items and even custom-made dresses, simply return it within Seven Days for a prompt exchange or full refund.

Shipping charges are only refundable if we made an error on your order or there is damage to your order in shipping.
Returns & Exchange are accepted on Damaged or Defective Merchandise within 7 days of receipt for items

All the orders are processed according to order confirmation we get from customers, and we are trying our best to satisfy all customers’ needs. All orders placed on our website should obey the following policies under any conditions.

1. Item must be returned in original condition and in original packaging including any paperwork, manuals or accessories. Items that are returned defaced or damaged will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

2. In the case of shipping damages please contact our customer service before item is returned.

3. Credit will always be issued to the same card to which they were charged.

4. Original shipping fees will be refunded only if the item was shipped incorrectly, damaged or defective and it is the only item on the order.

5. All returns must be shipped back to us using a tractable courier.

6. Any package that has not been received by us and tracking information cannot be provided, will be the sole responsibility of the shipper.

7. All costs associated with the return of goods are the sole responsibility of the consumer. The original shipping costs are not refundable.

Retain your tracking number as we will be unable to refund or replace your order without proof of delivery. Please allow 3~5 business days after your package has been delivered for return to be processed.

Note:

1. Please check carefully before you sign for your package;

2. We only accept damaged or defective merchandise returns for a standard size order purchased on our website within 7 days since the order is received and we do not accept returns for custom cut gowns or dresses;

3. You are required to measure yourself with a tape measure before you order on our site. If you measure yourself inaccurately so the size is not suitable for you, we cannot make an exchange or return for you;
